You may insure your real estate (house, flat or holiday house (datcha)) for a term of 1 year under My Home Program.

At a reasonable charge, you will protect your house in the event of:

• Flooding by neighbors;
• Flooding arising due to emergencies at sewerage, heating, and fire-extinguishing systems;
• Disorderly conduct, robbery;
• Fire, utility gas explosion;
• Earthquakes;
• Other disasters (landslide, mountain landfall, windstorm, whirlwind, hurricane, flood, heavy rain, downpour, avalanche).

Deductible — The indemnity will be paid out less this amount.

Deductible Rate in the event of:

• Earthquake — 3% of the real estate value;
• Fire — 0.5% of the property value;
• Other risks — from KZT 65,000 to KZT 200,000.
