How much shall the insurance company indemnify any injured party in an event insured?
- for any damage caused to one car — not more than seven hundred seventy seven thousand six hundred Kazakh Tenge (KZT 777,600) (600 times the MIR);

for any damage caused to life or health of each injured party — not more than one million two hundred ninety six thousand Kazakh Tenge (KZT 1,296,000) (1000 times the MIR).
Note: if

compulsory motor third party liability insurance policy is
purchased from
London-Almaty Insurance Company, you will have an
advantage of
direct claim settlement. This means that in
the event of
any traffic accident you may receive the indemnity under your compulsory motor third party liability insurance policy from your Insurer, rather from the company of
the party responsible for the traffic accident.
If
you prefer, the liability limits may be
increased by
entering into a
Voluntary Third Party Liability Insurance Agreement.
